The Proven Groundbait Recipe for Tench Fishing
This mix has been tested dozens of times in Irish loughs and continues to deliver excellent results during spring and summer sessions.
Ingredients:

2 bags of Sensas 3000 Tanches Groundbait 1kg

1 bag of Sensas 3000 Black Lake 1kg or 1 bag of Sensas 3000 Super Black Lake 1kg

1/3 bottle of Sensas Aromix Chocolate 500ml
Adds a rich, sweet aroma tench love

1 can of Sonubaits Hemp – Natural 400g
Preparation Instructions

Mix the Groundbait Base
Combine the two bags of Sensas 3000 Tanches and one bag of Black Lake/Super Black Lake in a large mixing bucket. -
Prepare Aromix Liquid Mix
In a separate container, mix water with about 1/3 bottle of Sensas Aromix Chocolate. Stir well. -
Moisten the Groundbait
Slowly pour the Aromix water mix into the dry groundbait while stirring. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes, then mix again to ensure the perfect consistency. -
Add the Hemp
Once the mix is moist and fluffy, stir in 1 can of Sonubaits Hemp – Natural 400g for added crunch, attraction, and holding power.
