Westin Tommy the Trout Inline 30cm 330g Shiro Rainbow – Giant Slow-Sinking Pike Swimbait
The Westin Tommy the Trout Inline 30cm 330g Shiro Rainbow is a specialist heavyweight swimbait designed for anglers targeting trophy pike with an oversized, highly realistic prey profile. The Shiro Rainbow finish uses a pale, light-transmitting body inspired by the Japanese word “shiro”, meaning white, creating a subtle and natural rainbow trout-style appearance.
At 30cm and 330g, this lure is built for dedicated heavy predator tackle and serious big-bait fishing. Its jointed body produces a broad, realistic S-shaped swimming action and starts working at approximately 0.8 knots / 1.5km/h, allowing such a large lure to move convincingly even at slow retrieve speeds.
Use it on large Irish loughs, deep lakes and broad river sections where bigger pike may respond to substantial prey presentations. The slow-sinking design gives good depth control around weed edges, drop-offs and open water, while the additional wire eyelet allows a switch weight to be added when more depth is required in wind or stronger flow.

Why It Works for Irish Anglers
The 30cm profile and 330g weight make this lure particularly suited to larger Irish waters where oversized prey and deep holding areas can favour a substantial presentation. The slow swimming action allows anglers to keep the lure working naturally without forcing a fast retrieve, which can be useful in colder conditions or on pressured venues.
The Shiro Rainbow finish is especially useful in clearer water where a softer, more natural colour can be more convincing than a high-contrast pattern. Combined with the slow-sinking body and optional switch weight, it gives anglers good control over depth, pace and presentation throughout the session.
