All orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland are shipped using trusted carriers such as DPD and Fastway, offering a Next Day Service for swift delivery. We understand the importance of prompt service, and our dedicated couriers ensure your order reaches you quickly. Please note that Next Day Delivery is available Monday through Thursday for orders placed before 1 PM.
International Shipping (United Kingdom and Europe)
For our valued customers in the United Kingdom and Europe, we use dependable carriers like DPD or AnPost to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please note that delivery to Europe destinations typically takes approximately 2-4 working days.

Returns Policy
At Duo Hook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our returns policy carefully.
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items not in their original condition, items damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, returns made more than 30 days after delivery may also result in partial refunds.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the delay persists, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time involved. If you still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@duohook.ie.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@duohook.ie and mail your item to Duo Hook, Unit 2, 1 North Strand, Drogheda, Louth, A92 HR62, Ireland.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs
To return your product, please mail it to Duo Hook, Unit 2, 1 North Strand, Drogheda, Louth, A92 HR62, Ireland. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
